In the US, this picture automatically evokes associations with a famous gay pop singing group with older viewers (so what, just a fact.) The picture does the job for a fitness magazine, a special beast (how do these guys ever buy readymade clothes?)i guess a better equipped belt would be good for a construction worker. Face and body lack total sharpness, but that may be better in you original photo.

As a very subjective observation, I think extreme body builders destroy the natural, fluid lines of the human form by building up certain muscles such as laterals and deltoids that only get overly developed through repetitive weight training (My rule of thumb is, if you've got more bulges than classical sculptures of Hercules, you're spending too much time at the gym. Opinions vary widely on this.) If you own the picture and didn't give away the rights, just ask for a reasonable fee and an acknowledgement in a future issue. If it's worth the money, have a lawyer's note attached to your invoice. Regards..Hank

I'm confused, how did you get the cover image if you didn't know about it?

Quite odd.

I did shot this guy for other reasons and fee. The client told me about the cover. That is another fee.

How do you come to own the cover then?

I own the copy right. They have infringed it. The sold was for particular non- commercial. The cover becomes commercial.

Still to much hassle for a sue. No law is applicable here even when we have them the penal system is one of the worst globally.

But where did you get the cover from?

Sarcastic client told me he gave away with no profit the image to the magazine and sent me the link.

Well lifting it from their site isn't appropriate.
